Favorite Run\/Distance<\/span>: \u00a05k’s are my favorite distance. \u00a0I love running anywhere there is hills and dirt.<\/h1>\n

Running Accomplishments<\/span>: \u00a0I’ve competed in high school (Ygnacio Valley High School in Concord, CA) cross country\/track and college (Cal State University Hayward) cross country. I’ve also raced 5k-marathon distances.<\/h1>\n

Years of running knowledge<\/span>: \u00a0I’ve been running for 30 years and have worked in the running industry for over 21 years. With my kinesiology major\/education, I can help customers with the correct shoes for his or her biomechanics of the foot.<\/h1>\n

Favorite Quote<\/span>: \u00a0Life is to be lived. If you have to support yourself, you had bloody well better find some way that is going to be interesting. And you don’t do that by sitting around.<\/h1>\n
